Pinocchio (2019) [Subbed] (PG)

CinemaItaliaUK in partnership with the Italian Cultural Institute present Matteo Garrone's Pinocchio. In this live-action adaptation of the beloved fairytale, old woodcarver Geppetto creates a wooden puppet, Pinocchio, who magically comes to life. Longing for adventure and easily led astray, Pinocchio encounters magical creatures and fantastical spectacles, making both friends and foes along the way. Yet his greatest dream is to become a real boy, a wish that can only come true if he learns to change his way.

The event is part of Future Classics. Screening the New Italian Cinema.
